We offer free standard delivery on every UK order. Estimated delivery is 3–9 working days from placing your order, including processing.The timeline above shows estimated dates. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email your confirmation and tracking details where available. Please allow a little time for the courier to update the tracking information. If you need help, contact our team with your order number.

Can I exchange my item for another size?

If the fit isn't right, email support@thedressedsociety.com with your order number and preferred size. We'll help you arrange a size swap, subject to availability. Keep the item unused and in its original condition and packaging.

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Email support@thedressedsociety.com with your order number before sending anything back, so we can provide the return instructions.
