HOW TO MEASUREFive simple measurement points
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
Measure around your natural waistline, normally just above the belly button.
Stand naturally with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Measure from the crotch down the inside of your leg to your preferred trouser finish.
Mark your heel and longest toe on paper, then measure the distance between both points.
