How long will I have to wait for my order?
Order processing usually takes 0–2 working days, depending on the number of orders.
Your product will then be dispatched, and delivery should take place within approximately 3–5 working days.

Can I track my parcel?

Can I return my order?
We offer a 30-day returns period, during which you can return the parcel without giving a reason.
This period begins on the day the parcel is received.
Please note that returns must be made within these 30 days.

I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
The email will contain your order number (at least 5 digits), an order summary and the delivery address.

Sometimes, confirmation emails may end up in your spam or junk folder by mistake. Please check these folders in your email inbox.

If you have checked your spam folder, waited a moment and made sure that your email address has been entered correctly, but still haven’t received a confirmation —
