30-day easy returns

At Thedressedsociety, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and straightforward returns process.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Return postage

Faulty or incorrect items
No return postage will be charged if the item has been delivered incorrectly, damaged in transit or is otherwise faulty.

Change of mind or incorrect order
In the event of a change of mind, an incorrect order or if you no longer wish to keep the item, the actual return postage costs are payable by the customer. Return postage is not refunded.

How to return an item

1. Contact us
   Send an email to info@thedressedsociety.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive instructions
   You will receive return instructions and information on the next steps.

3. Pack the item
   Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories and labels.

4. Return label
   The customer must purchase, print and attach a return label themselves.

5. Dispatch
   Hand in the parcel to the courier specified in the returns information.

Refund

Inspection
Once we receive your return, we will check whether the item meets the return criteria.

Refund
Once approved, the refund will be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant or a different product, please contact our customer service team, who will assist you further.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be excluded from returns and exchanges. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
